Wermlands Chocolate Raw Light 50g

At Wermlands Choklad, it is usually said that dark chocolate starts at 70% cocoa content, and that milk chocolate goes up to approx. 50% cocoa content. But then what is in between? Well, this chocolate cake that Wermlands Choklad has chosen to call Light, but which contains 60% cocoa. This isn't milk chocolate, but it isn't dark chocolate either.

Wermlands Choklad does not use nuts, milk, soy or gluten in its production, so that everyone can eat their chocolate.
